When you use the collaboration form we process your name, email address and message. The details are delivered through the email service Resend to our inbox and are used only to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you.

Resend Inc. is based in the United States. The transfer is safeguarded by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Table reservations are handled by our booking partner bokabord, and tastings and experiences by Understory. When you book, your details are processed by the respective partner under their own privacy policies; we receive the booking details needed to host you.

The site uses no analytics or marketing cookies. We store a single item in your browser’s local storage: that you have confirmed your age, so you are not asked on every visit.

If you open the table-booking window, bokabord’s booking widget loads and sets the cookies it needs to function.

Inquiries sent through the form are kept only as long as needed to handle the matter and are then deleted.

You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. Contact us at info@egodistillers.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY (imy.se).
